It had been raining all day long. I was wandering around town and it the rain stopped just long enough for me to get this picture. The gentleman had just pulled up to the local barbershop and parked his motor scooter. Notice how the door is slightly ajar.
The magazines on the rack next to the door are for the waiting customers. They are covered in plastic to keep the rain off.
